I have been searching for the ultimate place to stay in Breckenridge. Haven’t been to Breckenridge myself, the information online seems to be very confusing. Breckenridge is not your typical ski village; it’s a town right next to the slopes. Stay closer to the slopes doesn’t get you closer to the shops or restaurants that you wanted to go.

I wanted a private outdoor hot tub (not shared), a warm and spacious place (with fire place), free high speed internet in home (not at lobby 200m away), some place new and functional, easy access to shops and restaurants (Breckenridge is huge), yet somewhere quiet and reasonably priced. I didn’t believe I would have it, and I was sure something must give, and it would be the price for sure. I was wrong!

I booked my holiday home through Wilderness Resort, and to my amazement to discover all the above were met, plus superior customer services that was provided by Roger Jones - the property manager for Wilderness. We lost our keys on the slope, and we were able to get into our holiday home without any delay, and new keys delivered to us that night.

The town home we got was brand new, and fully equipped. The outdoor hot tub was especially a memorable part of our trip. Highland greens townhomes provided hourly shuttle to town and lifts right in front of your town home. And FREE pick up and drop off at your designated location after hours till 10pm (11pm on weekends). Highland Greens Townhome made our Breckenridge ski vacation.

The only difficulty I have encountered with this stay, you will need to pick up your townhome keys from Wilderness resort office. Their office is outside Breckenridge. We didn’t read our emails. However, but the keys was delivered to us without much of hassle, thanks to Colorado Mountain Express.
