We rented this unit directly from the owners through VRBO. They were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We have rented quite a few condos, cottages, and houses and the kitchen in this one was the most well furnished I have seen. Seasonings, sauces, spices, etc were all there and the cookware, dinnerware and utensils were top notch. There is also a small grill on the porch that worked well. Beds were comfortable and the place could have easily slept 10 in real beds plus at least 4 more in fold out beds. We only had 4 so we didn't even use the loft (note: steps to loft are rather steep and might not be good for young children or the physically challenged). Nice view of Breck and within easy walking distance of Main Street. I did a little fly fishing in the Blue river just a short walk from the Condo one morning before the family was up and did quite well. Communal hot tubs were nice (both inside and outside). Pool was a little cool for my kids taste but not too cold to keep them out of the water. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in July. The location was great and the condo was big enough for all of us (4 adults and 2 children). We had no problems with booking, paying or using the condo. It was exactly as pictured on the website and worked great for us.

Just returned home to Orlando and wanted to thank Mike and Joy for the great experience we had in Breck. You guys are very pleasant to work with, everything turned out awesome and we really appreciate the prompt service you provided. GREAT VALUE!! We have not even left for our vacation yet and I felt compelled to write this review to help other travelers avoid what we were now dealing with. We were put in touch with MIke who owns the-lift condos for assistance with our lift ticket/shuttle purchase. He promised us discount tickets and shuttle service. We contacted him two days before we left for our trip to confirm the details and he told us that he "forgot to order the tickets". What is worse is that he "lost" the paperwork that he wrote our credit card information on and we now have to cancell credit cards two days before our trip. We are now in a position where we cannot even get the reduced pricing on breckenridge.com and have to find a new shuttle service. This mistake is costing us amost $1000.00. What is worse is that this man did not even offer an apology. My advice would be to stay as far away from this place and these owners as possible.
