I have read the other reviews and have to say we have had very little problem with noise. We rented VRBO and are very pleased with his unit and what it offers. It was clean had all the comforts of home and extremely convenient to town and shuttles to ski. You can ski to just across the street at the end of the day and there is a ski shop right across the street too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to friends that being said I have glanced into windows in passing and I do think a good deal of this condo complex maybe run down. B304 is updated and I love it.

As dirty a rental as you will find! Carpets heavily stained, a tube of chapstick left on floor from previous guest, dirty dishes, food caked on salt and pepper shakers, appliances labeled as out of order in pantry, dirty tissues left under bed, and blankets on beds with stains. On top of that, Summit Vacations the rental agent, wouldn't provide garbage bags and extra tissues. So be prepared to bring all basic supplies and be prepared to do some cleaning if this is the last place to stay in Breckenridge and you must stay in Breckenridge. I would suggest the drive from Frisco would be a better option.

“Great location, terrible complex-very loud-up all night”

This property is conveniently located. However, the design, renters, and ambience is terrible. The noise inside and outside is unbearable! People stomping on your head in the unit above, a courtyard that magnifies EVERYTHING, and partiers will keep you up all night!
