We stayed here for a week over New Year. We are a family of 4 with a teenager boy and girl. The condo is quite small but ok. The master bedroom is downstairs off from the dining area and kitchen. (Watch out for cooking smells in this bedroom and the loft room.) Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms, one leading off from the other. A bit awkward when one teen went to bed earlier than the other and not too much privacy. Also the stairs are steep, winding & a bit rickety - could be very dangerous for younger children as could the open aspect of the 3rd "loft" bedroom.
Bathrooms were basic but had good showers. (Though we did run out of hot water with all of us showering at the end of the day.) Both baths had faucets that wouldn't competely shut off the water flow and so dripped/dribbled all the time. We would have liked to have more towels available - only 8 in total and we used the hot tub each day so needed at least 2 each every day. Hot tub was good and only a few steps away from the elevator. It was quite private and had a good area for hanging clothes.
The kitchen was mostly well equipped with large pots and pans though there was no broiling tray or rack. We cooked at home most evenings and managed to work out with what was on hand. Would have liked some basic condiments so that we didn't have to buy everything for just a few meals, (eg salt & Pepper.) They were a bit short of large glass tumblers. Only one glass per person.
It is in a good location with a short walk to the gondola and at the end of the day we skied to the end of 4 o clock run then walked a block to the condo. (Nowhere to store skis or boots) Also not too far from Main Street for restaurants and bars.
Overall it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay. We would probably look somewhere else next time. Given the price we expected a few extra touches - but wouldn't rule it out completely.
