We stayed here 2 days and would recommend it. They don't serve breakfast but there's coffee in the room and in the lobby all the time. The staff was friendly and very helpful in planning our excursions. The bed was comfortable and it had extra pillows. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator which were useful. We would definitely stay here again.

Boulder is not an inexpensive place to stay. This hotel was really good value, clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again. I requested a mountain view room and got it (no extra charge). My daughter plans to attend CU, I will stay here every time. It was a quick 5 minute drive to the campus and Down town. Down town Boulder is enough to have me planning another trip: 200 restaurants, shops galore, street performers, musicians and flowers everywhere. Awesome! I want to go to college again:)

We had an overnight stay here. The price was not high, and we did not want to spend too much for just one night.

The location is ok, not too far from downtown Boulder. We had a quiet room with a fine view of the Flatirons.

The hotel is a bit dated, and would benefit from an update. Our room was reasonably clean, but for some reason it had a not very pleasant odor. Fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom ok, but toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) had broken seals.

Our rate did not include breakfast, and we decided to have it somewhere else.

Other hotels in Boulder may be more expensive, but next time we would probably try to find something better, especially if our stay was a longer one.

Upon arrival we found our room to have a very bad, musky type odor. It was as if it had been closed for months and a room that many smokers had visited. 30 minutes of running the AC didn't help so we advised the staff. We were offered another room and found it to be just as bad. The staff at the desk refused to give a refund and charged us a full night's stay. We had been there for 45 min. Upon contacting the owner, there was never an apology but were offered a 50% refund. I was able to get the owner to agree to a $25 cleaning fee and the rest of my money was refunded. I would stay in my car before I would stay at a hotel like this again.
