We had read all the negative reviews, but decided to give the hotel a chance because lots of our friends were staying there for the wedding we were attending. We were happily surprised. The bedding was great (feather down comforter and pillows), the room was clean (checked for bedbugs), the customer service excellent (they were aware of these negative reviews), and the breakfast buffet fantastic (lots of hot, great-quality tasty foods (bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc) and great offerings of yogurt, homemade granola, fruit, pastries. Extra pillows and a quiet, quality new fridge were brought to us quickly when we asked for them. For the price ($69 per night) it was a splendid deal. The walls were thin so we heard hallway noise at night. The hallways were also rather dirty and dated, but the guest room we stayed in was just as nice as any Marriott or Hyatt.

We signed up for the special package deal and it was great. Good place to start the new year, and enjoy the company of many great people. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was certainly a decent option, with relatively clean and comfortable rooms, but was otherwise unremarkable. There are good views from the property, and it is within close driving distance of most Boulder points of interest. Front desk staff was helpful.

Hotel is worn and tired in every respect. Breakfast buffet is terrible, no better than cheap highway hotels, health club is tiny and several machines were broken. Don't expect flat screens HDTV, still has old-fashioned set. Finally, parking lot was extremely icy following snowfall and plowing. You'd think they would know how to deal with that in Colorado. Only positive is that the staff is friendly and the beds are relatively comfortable.
