On the outside of this hotel it looks somewhat decent. Don't let that fool you. This is not a friendly family hotel. The staff are rude, filthy mouthed, unconsiderate, childish people. If I was the manager I would fire them all and try and find well mannered, happy, caring staff. The rooms are okay not like any of the other nice quality rooms you find at other Quaity Inn Hotels. There are spiders all over the place and the room was dirty. The walls around the mirror were disgusting. The bathroom had mold in it and the toilet didn't look clean. I was having problems with it flushing and by Sat night it was over flowing. I called the front desk to have someone come and fix it. The extremely rude girl at the front came over with a toilet plunger and told me to fix it myself. I was shocked. I couldn't fix it and they wouldn't help me anymore. I had my three small kids in the room and they had to go into the lobby all Sat evening to use the bathroom. Nice huh? I couldn't stand being there anymore that I left at 7:00 am. The family that was living there at the hotel full time had kids there that were running around the hotel late at night knocking on our door and other guests doors. They were extremely loud too. The staff took their smoking breaks right next to the doorway entrance into the lobby. They seemed to be there all the time. As for not being a smoker and using that walk way to the rooms it was not pleasant smelling their smoke and listening to their disgusting, swearing mouths. They were very unprofessional. When paying for you room by a credit card please use a diposable credit card like the kind you buy at Walmart or Target and make sure you have only the right amount for the room. They will charge your card after you check out for things that they feel is not cleanable like towels, bed sheets, and other things. This happened to some other friends that were staying there too. The so called resturant that they have there is scary. Not a clean place at all. There was a free breakfast there and the food was terrible. They had bagels that were harder then a rock. The cream cheese was set out there and not put on ice to keep it cool. It was warm and tasted sour. Their biscuits and gravy were tasteless. We decided to go into town for the rest of our meals. The place also was suppose to open at 6:00 am for service and that was not the case we waited for about 25 minutes for the girl to get there to open the place up. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and I will discourage anyone who is thinking about staying there. Go to the Days Inn right up the road. I know some friends that stayed there and LOVED IT!!!!! That is were my family and I will stay next year.
