This property is going through some mngmnt changes, buthe staff is absolutly the best with the exception of the manager in the mornings. She is rude and not very customer oriented. We loved the bartender Nancy, as well as Molly. they were absolutly the most helpful girls we ever met.

This property is south of Yuba City by about 5 miles and next to a large truck stop, a mini-storage facility and a golf course. It looks like they have tried to update it, but more needs to be done to complete the job. On our stay much of the equipment in the fitness room was not working, nor did the tv there or even the ceiling lighting. The hot tub was not heated, so I guess it was more of a cool tub. Parking lot and fringe property areas need to be cleaned up, looks like a remodeling job 95% finished and not yet all cleaned up. Hotel caters to truckers and local construction crews. We had more than a few insects in our room, mosquitos and spiders mostly. A bad sewer smell developed in the bathroom in the morning, not sure why. Deadbolt did not work as it would not line up with the frame plate. Staff seemed nice but they don't have a lot to work with.

The dirtiest motel we have EVER stayed in. The room was supposedly cleaned but someone had used the toilet and not flushed it, YUK! Toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. The cable TV only got 3 channels. They advertised a guest laundry, the washing machine had been stolen and not replaced. The guest computer in the lobby didn't work. The maid looked like your typical crack-head. The grounds around motel were dirty and unkept. YUK! What a dump! Don't even think about staying here.

Our family lives in Yuba City. We came from Oregon to attend a special event for our family. When we got to the room, we were amazed at it's condition. The ads say that this is a newly renovated establishment - this is not true! The pool looked terrible and there is no way a person would get into that hot tub! To top our visit off, we were placed next to a couple that woke us up at 2am and screamed at each other until after 5am - so, we paid to sleep? We had a long drive the next day on nearly no sleep. When we complained at checkout, we were told that they could do nothing for us! The clerk told us that they had gotten complaints all night, we heard the phone ringing to tell them to stop but nothing happened to stop the disturbance! We checked our credit card and sure enough - not one dime off to make it right! Yuba City is a beautiful little City with many other places to stay. Please, Please, Please do not stay here - go somewhere else and have a much better experience than we did. Our family comes from all over for many family events - they just shot themselves in the foot big time!
