Stayed here as we planned to go to the rodeo down the road. It was ok as far as motels go. Clean rooms and effective aircon (a blessing). The wifi was down, which we take a sa pre-requisite so that was annoying, but not a disaster.

My only real gripe was the plastic coated matress - this made for a hot sweaty night.

If you are staying as a basic overnighter it is fine, don't expect to go for a walk or have a choice of dinner options this is for motorway users - and very convenient for that.

Well maintained, nice sized and clean rooms ours included coffee maker, microwave and small frig. Outdoor pool, plenty of parking.

Internet is wireless and the strongest signal I’ve had in a motel (full 5 bars). Little things like having an electrical outlet next to the desk AT desktop height.

And we received a coupon for breakfast at the diner next door. The coupon was enough to cover the cost of the “Classic Breakfast” (3 bacons, 2 eggs, hashbrowns and toast) or 8 other comparable meals.

And the price is right.

Good stopover if traveling back from Vegas or exploring Mojave Preserve / Calico Ghost Town. For $67 a night you couldn't ask for more - clean room, cable, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Hotel appears to be home to Union Pacific Rail Road crews from nearby rail yard so diner is open 24hrs - this also makes the otherwise remote location feel more secure. Bed was a bit on the hardside- so take note if you like a soft mattress. We arrived at 5:00 pm and our room was not ready; the front desk gave us vouchers for dinner for four at the diner next door - Nice touch. Hotel definitely serves its purpose.

Stopped here on way from Joshua State Park/Mohave on way to Death Valley. It was perfect and brilliant value at £42 for a 2 queens room with two vouchers for $7.75 each thrown in to use at the diner for dinner or breakfast. Asked for a room otherside from I-5 so no noise. Room was nicely furnished and equipped, and the beds nice and firm. Diner food was OK too. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped. This is a basic motel, nothing grand but definitely above average and just fine for a stop over.
