I'm writing this because I can't sleep in my bed at the Ramada WeHo. The bed is comfortable, but the sheets have a stain on them, and random short black hairs. Ewww! I called the front desk and asked for new sheets. Yes, it's 10:30 at night, so I don't expect full maid service, but at least clean sheets. About 10 -15 minutes later, the security guy came to the door and handed me a stack of loosely folded sheets. I guess I just expected a sweet little maid to come up and remake my bed with crisp clean sheets, but no such luck. I thanked the security guy, and proceeded to make the bed with the new sheets, until I discovered a seriously short and curly black hair in the new "clean" sheets. Just have to take a really good shower in the morning I guess. They don't have glass glasses in the rooms, or anywhere in the hotel for that matter. The TV is not user friendly either. All that said, the location rocks, the people are nice and the price is even better. The restaurant is still not done, but they say it will be "soon". I prefer giving good reviews, sorry Ramada. I will say that the room is great otherwise.

Very convenient as a base in West Hollywood. Parking and valet is super easy with turn-in on East and West bound Santa Monica Blvd.
Trader Joe's next door, restaurants, coffee shops, all in walking distance.
Rooms are a little bit grim and dark, but for a couple of nights it is a very good value and choice.
Front desk was very efficient and helpful. Will return again.

Every time I came home to LA I stay at this hotel. Great place and close to every thing. It is however time for a remodel....

the hotel is in a great location with a starbucks next door which is nice. The hallway on the third floor seemed to be newly carpeted with a whimsical carpeting which fits the neighborhood. The room was okay. We had a 2 story loft king room. The lighting on the first floor was poor with just a floor lamp and desk lamp to light the room with low wattage bulbs. Also, the bedroom is upstairs, but the closet is downstairs as is the bathroom so it is a little inconvenient for showering and using the restroom during the night. We also had trouble with the group next door as they continually ran up and down the stairs till 3 and 4 in the morning and the noise carried through to our room.
