Beware of this Inn. We told them to get a smoking room but they gave us non smoking and still charge us $200. and when you talk to the manager for the problem there they are rude and making fake stories, the manager say that the employee said that the other one say non smoking room and the other say smoking room. and then later part of the conversation he say that we said non smoking. lmao are you lying? or just protecting your employee. Guys never ever book in this Inn. I talk to a lady receptionist about this problem and she said we have a lot of problems like that. but when I talk to manager he said This is the first time i have that problem. seriously what a liar the manager is. So don't trust this people. the manager even hangs up the phone while i was talking.

I have found this hotel to be very nice, clean and the management to be extremely polite. I had stayed at the Days Inn West Covina during my wedding and had booked my wedding party to stay there as well. We really enjoyed our stayed here because the rooms are very spacious and they provided extra amenities for us to use throughout our stay. The location of this hotel is also ideal because they are right off the freeway and right next to many restaurants that you can walk to.

I called last month to book a room for me and my family, and the person that took my reservation was very friendly, so I was excited to experience my stay here. The three nights we were there were very comfortable because of the spacious clean rooms. The staff there took very good care of us by providing us with great service. I would have to say that our stay here was a memorable stay and we will returning back next year.

Amazing GRAND rooms.. They were so spacious, clean, and had every amenity needed. I would stay here every time I come to West Covina. Great accomodations for personal or business needs. Also has many restaurants and shopping right around the corner. I would recommend this hotel over any of the upper scale hotels. Great Work, DAYS INN of West Covina.
