Hotel is pink in color and not pretty to the eyes. We booked a golf course view room and was given a room on the first floor that faced the parking lot. The golf course was across the street. Next time, we will try pool view room. There were many different room selection and we couldn't figure out what the difference was between a 1 room suite, 1 bedroom suite, room with sitting area, and an Executive room. I learned that the 1 room suite has a partial divider in the middle of the room. Quality Executive Rooms has a desk/work area with data port and speaker phone with a sitting area with either a sofa, recliner or a chair and ottoman. We had a chair and ottoman in our room. The room was dark with older bedding and furnishings but it was clean. There were nice touches for a Quality Inn, such as a mint on the dresser, and the tissue/toilet paper/towels were folded into the shapes of fans.
The ice machine is outside next to the pool. The breakfast had fresh fruit of bananas/apples, yogurt, dry cereal, packaged oatmeal, coffee, orange and apple juice, milk, mini muffins, croissants, sliced bread for toast, and do it yourself wafflemaker.
Free Parking was not a problem but we arrived on a weekday.
We were not able to connect to the free high speed internet around 6am in the morning but were in a hurry so we didn't have time to check with front desk to see what the problem was. Upon checkout, we saw another guest using a computer located at front desk. Not sure if it's free for guest use.
When asked about their monthly rate, I was told that the rate was $69/night with a 20 day minimum stay with transient occupancy tax (TOT of 12%) waived for stays that are prepaid.
