I stayed two nights and each night was very peaceful . My room was very clean and nice . I felt very safe comming and going from parking lot. Breakfast was good . used computer center. Front desk was very helpful over all I had a great stay and would stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel (roadhouse) on my way from San Diego to the Grand Canyon. It is more a motel stop and struck me as probably mainly used by business men travelling through the area. The staff were helpful and the room was fine. I had a problem with the bathroom taps but the misunderstanding on my part was quickly corrected diplomatically. The internet was slow and the breakfast was poor but this must all be considered in the context of the price. It met our needs (my wife and grown up daughter were with me), was clean, comfortable and just fine. I would not contemplate staying more than one night though.

We booked out room online sight unseen. Something I may never do again. Here is what we encountered and we only stayed 1 nite before we moved to another hotel.

The exterior was a bit frightening but we were willing to give it a try since the entire neighborhood seemed to be in bad shape and the website stated they were recently "remodeled".

Amount quoted online was not what was charged upon check in.

Added a second rooim for a friend with same day reservation which per online states 10% discount, if reserved same day as check in, buy did not receive discount.

When we questioned the amount, it was cheerfully corrected but the free nites stay offered was taken away. ( Corrected , but no free nite )

TV remote did not work

Iron missing from room

Wi Fi was basically non existant. Even staff member stated it didnt work unless you were in the lobby and that wasn't even a guarantee.

Shower/bath valve in tub was broken and could not be switched from shower to bath.

Pool had little furniture - 2 chairs and 1 lounge chair.

Fan in bathroom did not work.

A/C was very noisy.

Free hot breakfast was terrible. They were serving chicken fajitas ( probably something left over from the nite before) Scrambled eggs were grey, dont ask me why..... bread for toast was stale. No orange juice or fresh fruit.

Overall opinion, the staff were very cheerful and pleasant. The hotel itself needs alot of work. Needs to be closed down and not reopened until the rooms have "really been remodeled".

Go with your second choice for hotels if traveling. I would not suggest this one, sorry.....

The hotel is acceptale in the overall, but it is noticably old and the appearence and the cleaness of the rooms is not great. The breakfast is quite poor.
