I recently stayed at the Vacaville Holiday Inn Express during a trip to the Bay Area. Check in was easy and our room was large and modern. I think it may have been recently remodeled. The room had granite in the bathroom, and new carpet. The cellings were about 20 feet high. My daughter and I enjoyed the free breakfast. It had anything you could imagine. Pancakes, sausage, yogurt, omlettes, fruit, juice, coffee bar, etc. I had to request a high chair and the attendant brought one right out. We used the pool which was clean and warm. They have an outdoor patio that some people were eating breakfast at. I was informed that they have a free beer and wine social hour during the week.

When I was checking in a lady was ranting and raving about how awful her room was. I was a bit worried, but found my room to be clean and wonderful. I have NOTHING to complain about. I WILL definately stay here again. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough to set up my pack n play. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave which is nice since I had a toddler with me.

It is located near all of the shopping and restaurants.

Stayed for a week on business. Staff was exceptional, room was spotless, confortable, and quite.

Breakfast was excellant with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffels, and the usual pastries. The free wine, beer, and food from Monday to Friday @ 6:00pm was espically nice, and it was something different every day, from wings to spaggeti.

All the usual HI stuff. Business center, pool, etc. Geat work area with plenty of electrical outlets.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean room, great location (right off interstate). Hot breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon) was fair, but free! Our first night, we noticed the handle on the sink was loose. When I mentioned it at the front desk, the maintainance man immediatly took care of it.
We were looking for a base of operations as we explored Napa Valley. Within 30min to 1 hr of many wineries. Less than an hour from San Francisco. Less than an hour from airport in Sacremento. Would absolutely stay again.

Stayed recently at Holiday Inn Express in Vacaville. Have come to learn that HI Express is a consistently above average low cost option when touring along the US Interstates. Rooms and beds were large and comfortable. Very clean and service was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Lots of dining choices nearby. Free internet and parking.
