Upon check in we were told that all the bathrooms were not working, and we later learned that little was operational; the laundry was broken as well. The environment was poorly landscaped, old cars were in unused sites, broken farm equipment everywhere and building materials were located in the open campsites. Owners, as well as staff, were unfriendly and unsympathetic. Because we HAD to do laundry we checked out and said we would come back in the future, but we were abused and asked NOT to come back and still charged for the stay. We moved to Coachland RV park just down the road, finding them warm and charming, large and clean facilities with welcome arms. I suggest you avoid United Trails RV Resort at all costs.
