We had to wait 10 mins to be served at reception on arrival, but then staff apologised and were very nice. It's a bit scruffy, but perfectly adequate. The room had 2 queen sized beds with clean white cotton sheets. The bathroom was clean if a little shabby - but lots of white towels and face cloths provided, as well as shampoo, body lotion and soaps.
The one downer was the large cockroach in the bathroom, sheltering under my toiletries bag..........
I'd recommend the place for a one night stay - there are one or two places to eat within walking distance, and plenty of car parking space. But that cockroach.........brrrrr.......take a spray!

We had a room with 2 doubles...there were 3 of us in the room and it was pretty cramped. The people next door to us were talking/arguing in the middle of the night and we heard it all for 2 hours. So the walls are really thin. There is nobody at the front desk in the middle of the night...so there was nothing we could do. It was pretty clean....just outdated and used....as far as the rooms go. The location is nice...walking distance to shopping and food...but I would not stay there again.

All three of the staff we met were clearly unhappy with their jobs.
Very unfriendly responses to even the most basic questions.

The room was very basic with a small 17" TV, poorly cleaned with cobwebs hanging from light fixture in ceiling. No plug for tub. TV remote only worked in one direction.

Lots of deferred maintenance here.

Coffee in the morning was oily in the cup reflecting that the coffee maker or pots had not been properly cleaned.

Seems to be a place for highway workers or drilling company employees to stay overnight.

Would never stay here again.

If you need a decent place to stay overnight or do not plan to stay on the property then this place is just fine. Location is a couple of miles from the historic center of town and is very close to the interstate. The continental breakfast was very modest. Some loud groups but served us well for a one night stay during a long road trip. Having to get back on the interstate to eat meals or do anything is a bit of a pain. More is available, in a similar price range, in the historic district.
