We asked for a family suite, and we were given a room that obviously hadn't been used in a while. The toilet paper holders were not attached to the toilet paper, the closet door that hid the extra bed was not attached to the closet, the extra bed was stained from many years of use, there were cobwebs hanging off the ceiling and there were lightbulbs that had burned out and we not replaced. We checked in late so we didn't really have time to let the desk clerk know all of what was wrong until the morning. She was also dealing with another guest whose air conditioning wasn't working. We had to get extra towels for our room (gave us two towels for a six person room). The breakfast area was small and not amply supplied. In the morning there was an odor outside the room that seemed to permeate the entire area (although we didn't see any factories or cause of it anywhere nearby). I would say avoid this hotel unless they do some serious renovations.

We stayed here just for a stop-over on our drive to Washington. The best part was the very low price, especially for a room that has two queens and sofa-sleeper. Room was clean and quiet. It's right next to the freeway, but we didn't hear any traffic noise. The kids cooled off in the pool. And, they had yummy waffles for free breakfast, among many other things!! The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We'd stay here again as a stop-over!!
