My wife and I stayed one night at this Travelodge this past week. I chose the motel because of good reviewer ratings. We were not disappointed! The front desk was accommodating by letting us check-in 2 hours early. The room was very clean. The bathroom although small, was also very clean. The tub/shower looked to be quite new. The king bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Nice sheets! Free WIFI worked fine, just a little slow. It was a cold rainy day, but the room heater got us comfortable quickly.
The free continental breakfast was adequate to get us moving: cereal, coffee, and muffins.
All in all, we had a good night’s sleep at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend this motel to anyone interested in cleanliness, good Torrance location, and fair pricing.

For the price this is the best in the South Bay area. Since I've moved from Torrance this is always my place tp stay on trips back to visit. I was pleasently surprised on this stay as they have remodeled and updated the rooms. New carpet, bedding, light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. The mattress was really comfy. The rooms have always been clean and staff pleasant and helpful. Only down side might be busy street. Ask for a room upstairs back by the pool as it is quieter back there.

Ok, so I went for a buisness seminar, and the company put me here. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed for a total of 12 nights, and was quiet enough for me, as a light sleeper. The staff is exteremely nice. 4 miles from Rodondo Beach Pier. Microwave and fridge and air conditioning worked well. Water was always hot when needed.

Problems: Power went out 3 times, but only for a minute. Did not receive one out of 13 wake up calls. There were a couple of times where I had to ask for the room to be cleaned (change of towels, etc.). Don't bother with the free "breakfast", it is basically coffee and juice and some pre packaged danish things. The t.v. is outdated, and was hit or miss, but I wasn't really concerned due to not spending much time in the room, except to sleep. Property overall is outdated, and the "dresser" was a little small, so if you are traveling as a family unit, be prepared.

Overall, it suited my needs-which was having a place to sleep at night. It does have a small outdoor pool-which was operational. If you are planning on specding days out and about in the area, and just need a comfortable place to sleep, then this is a good deal. If you are a "diva", such as my fellow co-workers who switched hotels, then I would stay somewhere else.

The hotel staffs're sooo nice and sweeet!
I would defenitely stay this hotel again for my future southern California trips.
