Very clean rooms but tiny bathroom. Suites are great. Diamond members welcome gifts are fabulous. Breakfast was great..all staff were nice except one...overall experience with my stays there great... but the experience when my "do not disturb sign" was disregarded tips my evaluation to the "needs improvement" category, I did tell the hotel about how upset I was about it but did they didn't care.

This hotel has very reasonable rates, and convenient location. In addition, the hotel lounge offered decent food and good service. I agree with the other reviews, the rooms need some help. I must have gotten the same room as another reviewer becasue my shower handle came off in my hand as well, the tile was cracked and the wall paper and furniture were scratched up. However, the bed and pillows were clean and comfrortable. In fairness, it does get a big play! I was there a week and saw all the activity first hand.

This was the second stay at this property. I was here on business and it's location was very convenient to the company I was visiting. Access is easy and there are numerous eateries within walking distance. The check-in clerk was first rate and very friendly, I just wish I had gotten his name. The clerk on duty on check out, Yasmin, was just as good. Quick and easy, no waiting at all. The complementary breakfast that came with my room deal was top knotch, and pleantiful. If I had one complaint, its that there was no oranges on the Buffett. Otherwise it was one of the better breakfasts I've had. I'll stay here again without hesitation. Avoid the back building the rooms are not quite as nice. That is where I was on my first stay, this one I was in the tower and it was much better.

If this Hilton then Paris needs to come stay here to get it updated. While taking a shower the handle fell off, landed right next to the chips in the tub. As I placed it back on, i noticed all the black mold in the corners of the tub, the unstainless steal screws, and inexpensive pieces used to make the bathrrom look updated. On top of this the bathroom is super small, the room is ok in size, TV was nice, bed was too soft, and furtanture was old. Overall, its a poor reflection of Hilton and I would hope they would put a little money in this place. Food was ok, however overpriced. Lobby was nice, staff was ok, security was present and nice, bell station was staffed and greated upon arrival and departure. Overall, I think if they put money into the the bathrooms I would give it a 4 star. Location is great if you don't have a car, lots of places you can go and do in the area.
