My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel and was very happy with everything. Parking was free and there were many spaces available. The location is very close to the end of the 91 West. We only stayed one night, but it was very quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a King room and it was spacious enough for us, plus we stayed on the 7th floor with a nice view of the sunset. Front desk was helpful and checkin was fast. Room service food was really good, especially the Chicken Quesadilla. Not too expensive either. Free WIFI was nice also.
No flat screen TV, but it was one night and we were there for a medical appointment, not vacation. Staff were friendly and even checked in on us. Shower pressure was a little soft. Overall, great stay and we wil probably come back if we are in the area again for another medical appointment.

I stayed in this property for 4 nights for a business trip. I've stayed in this hotel 3 yrs ago and nothing much has changed.

Plus: The exterior as well as the lobby looked impressive. Check-in was fast and friendly. There is a free shuttle within a 5-mile radius as well as to two malls. Free wifi (but connection was poor at times). Shuttle drivers are friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. There is a mini-fridge in the room and a microwave oven can be requested for free. The staff are courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests.

Minus: The hallways and rooms need major renovation. The carpets need to be changed as it looked dirty. As soon I entered the room, there was a strange smell. I don't know what it is but it's quite annoying. The door knob to the bathroom is broken. There are rust stains in every bathroom fixture. The towels are very old and rough. The restaurant downstairs should change their table napkins for newer ones coz it smells like old dishcloths already.

I hope that the hotel management should look into the problem areas for total customer satisfaction. If I had a choice, I won't be back here again but this hotel is the closest to where I'm going for my next business trip in a couple of weeks. If I'd be put in the same room, I will ask to be moved to a different one.

I have stayed at this location several times. This location completely covers all the Holiday Inn expectations i may have had. I think they go over and above! I loved the staff and the bar and grill. I was served by the same gentlemen the times I have stayed here! Great conversations, and amazing customer service. Extremely clean rooms. I have nothing but great reviews on the overall stay!

We had a very good stay at this Holiday Inn. The hotel accepts large pets (We have a labrador retriever) and has a fully refundable pet deposit. The hotel is in a business area and there are several business parks that surround it with green areas where you can walk your pet. even though the hotel accepts pets, the rooms were very clean and I found no signs that pets had occupied the room (This is a good thing!) The hotel is a short drive to a mall in Torrance and other shopping centers so it is easy to get to restaurants and shops. It was also a good choice for traveling with kids. The hotel has a nice pool and when we stayed they had a promotion where kids eat free when you buy an adult entree.
Customer service was very good and specially from the servers at the restaurant. They were very attentive, patient and nice to our children. The food was OK (standard hotel food - nothing spectacular), but service was very good and a great value with the Kids Eat Free promo. Overall it was an excellent value and we would definitely stay here again, specially if we travel with our pet.
