We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. We were on the second floor, the room was clean, we had a good breakfast, and good service. We'll definetly stay here again.

During our recent pass through Temecula, we stopped to visit some friends. We had them come to the hotel so the kids could swim. The Hotel has a perfect Lobby area adjacent where the pool was so the adults could sit and visit while the kids swam. We got chicken from across the street and were in the lobby for a good 4 hours. The room was clean and comfortable and even fit the cot we travel with so the teenage boys do not have to share a bed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definetly stay here again if the need ever arose.

This hotel has received some bad reviews, mostly with regards to cleanliness and customer service, but we didn’t have any bad experiences with either. Check-in staff very friendly and happily held our bags while we went out for the day, before our room was ready. Our room was on the second floor and away from the elevators (as requested). The room and bathroom were both very clean, and together with a comfortable bed and great pressure shower head, these items are priority on my list. The one complaint we can make is that the walls are a little thin: we could hear a party during the evening as we were getting ready to go out (which is fine), but at 3:30am it isn’t, so we had to call the front desk. To the staff’s credit, they resolved it very quickly. The only other issue is that the air conditioning unit is a little noisy; there’s no low setting, so when it’s on it’s on full blast. All in all, I’d say that the Fairfield Inn & Suites is a little above ‘middle of the road’, but doesn’t justify the price (the weekend we stayed was $178 incl. tax). Don’t expect anything flash here; the bottom line: it does the job with minimal complaint.
