This hotel is 2 minutes from the beach. We had an ocean view room c/w breakfast for less than $120/night. It does'nt get any better than that!!

The hotel is very old and outdated. The staff is really nice and friendly though. It seems to be a good hotel not too quiet cause of the street right outside.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds are comfortable. This is an older hotel and if you goal is to stay by the beach at a budget price, this is a good choice. One definate possitive is there is not only "free" parking, it is also covered. We stayed here because of the lower price, but be aware the general area is very different than Laguna or Newport Beach even though they are not that far apart. Around Hunnington Beach, the coastline begins to look somewhat industrial. To be more specific, there is what appears to be oil platforms in the water, oil containers and drilling operations along side Pacific Coast Highway after leaving the Newport Beach area. There are quite a few good places to eat close by and just up the road in Seal Beach, there is a quaint shopping/restaurant/bar area on Main Street

Arrived after requesting beach side room. Put me in a street side. HOLLY CRAP! After my keys not working for the SECOND time and finally getting into room.My son and I got no sleep. It has to be the loudest room I have ever stayed in. Breakfast consists of pre packaged doughnuts. Tried to print boarding pass. Didnt work. Printer hasnt worked for months.
