You should not stay at this hotel! A colleague of mine from overseas stayed at this hotel and woke up one night with several bed bugs crawling around him! He had at least 25 red bite marks and actually took video of them to prove to the front desk they were in fact on the bed. The hotel changed his room, but did not offer him anything (like a free night, etc).

I actually stayed at this hotel the same time, but could only take it for 2 nights before I checked out. Luckily, I didn't have any bed bugs! The smoke detector inside the room was removed and its wiring was just hanging out the ceiling. Wireless internet was very slow and room/hotel is very old as are many in the Sunnyvale area. Bathroom light did not work (things like this should be checked every day and fixed before customer stays inside the room).

All-in-all, this hotel is not a good place to stay.

Wanted to post the review for a long time, my stay with Comfort inn was terrible. The rooms ( smoking) were very very very smelly with no proper furnishings. My camera which was in my room went missing, and the frontdesk were of literally no help or did no effort to help me find it. If given an option, I would spend another $100 not to stay in that motel.

If you have a pet: they do not allow pets. No exceptions. When we checked in the pool was closed for the entire stay. Desk kept telling us it would be open tomorrow...The owner/manager seems overwhelmed trying to run this motel: at breakfast they would have to be told that the breakfast room was out of food and the housekeepers usually got to our room after 4pm each day, despite leaving early in the day, If this motel wants to be a Motel 6 level of motel it is right on target!

When I first drove up, I almost didn't go in! I asked someone in the parking lot how the rooms were.....and they said great!

I have stayed here several times on business, and will continue to stay here. The price is right, they have wireless, and the rooms are very nice. I think they are newly remodeled. Bathrooms are all tile, have a great showerhead, fluffy towels, and are very clean.

Rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, a work desk, small table with 2 chairs, and very large televisions.

The front desk personnel have always been very friendly. Do not let the exterior of the building or outside elevator scare you away!
