This motel is rated as a 3 star Hotel through third party booking site. Definitely pushs only a 2.5 star Motel at best. If I knew ahead of time that this was a 2.5 motel I would looked elsewhere. Plus, the third party rate was only $1 cheaper! You can do better for about the same price closer to Disneyland!

I made a reservation for a 3 night stay. Upon arrival, realized the location was very close to several places (Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland). It was closer to Knotts Berry Farm than Disney but it was still about a 10 minute drive to Disneyland. Since we were only going to Disney one day, this worked out perfectly as there is no per night parking fee (there is extra parking around back of hotel).
Check-in to this hotel was not a problem. They had the room ready and was done at the front desk in under 5 minutes! The room was very clean, and had all the amenities that we were needing (microwave, refridgerator, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and even had a table with chairs). The beds had updated bedding and pillows, bathroom was spotless and TV had more than the basic channels.
They do offer a hot breakfast. We were only able to wake up on time for the 1st night we stayed there. The choices included: eggs, sausage patties, cereals, pastries, juices, coffee, bagels. The lobby does have a computer and printer for guest use in case you one needs it. We did use the Wi-fi and hardwire connection and had no problems with either one.
If you get the opportunity to have Gloria as your housekeeper, you will not be disappointed. She was excellent. Our room was always cleaned and set back to rent ready upon return. She was courteous and has great cleaning standards.
Finally, check out was just as easy as check-in. Overall, I never felt as if there were security issues for anything..f.from my car (which is a luxury car), room, or property.
Reading previous reviews, I was not sure what to expect. I can say it was well worth the non Chaos of the Disney resort area.

P.S. Less than a mile away there is a Target, Grocery Store, Costco and several fast food places if you forget anything. Not walking distance but really close.

Went through a third party to bid for hotel stay for family trip to Disneyland, Anaheim, California. We chose to bid on a 3 star hotel for 4 nights and ended up with Best Western Cypress Inn & Suites in the city of Stanton. We’ve never stayed at a Best Western Hotel and figured that since it was rated as a 3 star hotel that it would be a nice hotel. Upon arrival, we realized that the hotel was old, but gave it the benefit of the doubt. But after entering our hotel room, disappointment set in. The carpet was soiled, and the ceiling had water marks - probably from rain damage since we were situated on the top floor. The sink was slow to drain and hot water took a long time to heat up. To top it off, got a little chilly in the room and decided to turn on the wall heater. A cloud of dust blew up from the vent spewing an odor that filled the room . We had to open the window to air out the odor. We were moved to another room after informing front desk of our dissatisfaction. The 3 star rating assigned was misleading and inappropriate. I'll say it again.... inappropriate. The hotel deserved a 1 ½ or 2 stars the most. We were loyal users of Priceline to get our hotel rooms, but for some reason, 3 star or 3 ½ star hotels were hard to get and therefore decided to go through the optional site. Due to this experience, we will never venture away from Priceline.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and didn't have any complaints so I decided to book a couple of rooms for a family vacation this year. After a 13 hour drive we got to the hotel to check in and went to our rooms. Opened the door and was not pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. The carpets were so dirty I wouldn't let my kids take their shoes off and my mom wouldn't even sit in the chair in her room due to the gross stains all over. Went down to the front desk and told them I needed to check out...that we could not stay some where that we could not take our shoes off. They didn't question my concern (makes me wonder how often this happens) got my money back and checked into the other Best Western down the road.

The staff was friendly and had no issue with that but the rooms need some serious deep cleaning.
