This was for a business trip that required a stopover in San Francisco. The hotel offered a good internet rate so I treat these as "you get what you pay for". Whilst not enthusing with energy at reception (perhaps they were cold as they had coats on) staff did the job.The room was standard American hotel room layout but was pleasantly comfortable. No "stale smell" you can get from a room left vacant for a while. So was able to enjoy a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed.
free shuttle bus runs every 30mins to/from airport. it does the tour of several hotels in area so can get full at peak times.
I can't comment on restaurant as did not eat there at all.
Room Tip: this was an internet special so you take your chances. But room was good.
