This is our omteen stay at AVI. This time we also brought our 70# puppy and stayed at one of the pet friendly rooms. I was amazed how fresh the room felt and how clean the carpet was. We brought the puppy's bed so he was happy staying in the room while we had the delicious breakfast made by different folks everyday. The quality of service and food was consistently execellent and friendly every day of our stay. We enjoyed conversing with other guests while sipping good wine and sampling a mix of cheeses and nuts. Upon arrival our name was on the white board. We decided to stay one more day and we did not have to move move to another room. That was nice. I truly enjoy the inn keepers and the friendly help they have. I am amazed at the excellent & consistent service. Much better than staying in a Five star hotel.

My wife & I wanted to spend our Anniversary in Pasadena but were surprised that there were no B&Bs in Pasadena proper. The Arroyo Vista in South Pas was an excellent choice. The Inn is a beautiful old home with great updated rooms & wonderful views of Pasadena. The owners were friendly & helpfull and the breakfasts were super. You could pay a lot more for poorer lodging.

Lovely spot set high up off a main road. Comfortable room and very spacious public areas and porches. The breakfasts in the large breakfast room were very delicious. Convenient for visits to So Pas or Pasadena.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this wonderful gem of a bed & breakfast. The inn has been beautifully restored with first class touches and features. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with spectacular views. The inn was charming and the owner Pat was hands on, accommodating & personable. I had an extra guest for two nights with me and there was no issue with her placing a roll away in the room nor was there an issue with breakfast. Pat and her helper gladly prepared our delicious breakfast each morning. Wine, soft drinks, water and coffee were always available. They even had fresh baked cookies in the evening. I definitely will be returning when traveling back to the Los Angeles/Pasadena area. A relaxing stay at this beautiful inn is highly recommended.
