We stayed at Seascape Sur #153. The condo is huge, in great condition, and had everything we needed for sleeping, meals, entertainment. Condo development has one heated pool, one non-heated. Two jetted spas. To walk from the beach, you first have to walk up a pretty big hill, then down an enormous staircase to the sand at the bottom of the bluff. OR, for an easier trek without stairs, walk south or north about half a mile (very easy walk) and enter the beach with no/few stairs at all. Dog beach to the south (worth at least an hour of laughter, even if you don't have a dog -- because it's great to see them playing in the surf). Amtrak stop just a few blocks away. Restaurants of all kinds (including excellent vegetarian and vegan choices) within just a few blocks. Our favorite restaurant was Naked Cafe (please go there, it's amazing!), a couple of blocks north at 106 South Sierra Ave. Also loved Beach Grass Cafe, Parioli Italian Bistro -- all within a couple of blocks of the condo. If you don't mind a drive, other nearby favorite restaurants: Fidels ----------; Beach House ----------. Owners of this condo CARE about their property and guests; return of security deposit was prompt. Frogs Fitness across the street.
