“Good value, good location, save money!”

This hotel was located across from the on ramp for the highway, making it a great choice for quick stops! The Reagan library is nearby, as well as many other attractions, including malls and restaurants. We used the 15% off coupon they give you (your room key) at the El Toritos for dinner, and enjoyed their excellent free breakfast. Booked it for $44 per night; NICE!! Would stay again, just a few noisy people at the pool, but they left on time at closing.

Room Tip: Go to the Reagan Library for the view or if you want to learn more about him from his admirers persp...

make a habit of staying at this holiday inn when im in la.which is about twice a month 3 days at a time. fun people to deal with. good service.

This Holiday Inn Express is older but was very clean. Service was very good and pleasant. Would stay again.

“Disgusting Motel”

This motel is disgusting! Very dirty and right next to another disgusting motel, a motel 6.
Stay away!

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at this hotel. I would like to assure you that we work very hard to provide clean guest rooms. Our housekeepers work as a team with two housekeepers cleaning each room to insure that nothing goes untouched. We then have an Executive Housekeeper who inspects every room before it is returned to the system and deemed ready for our guests to check in. I also do random guest room inspections on a daily basis. I would also like to mention that we just underwent a Corporate Inspection and scored a 100% for cleanliness in every guest room.
I noticed that of your three reviews you have submitted all three hotels were reported as Poor. I hope that if you return to this location any time in the future you will contact me so that we can change your opinion to excellent!. Thank you

“Hidden Gem”

Not sure what the other negative hubbub was about in some other reviews.......The Staff was above board, very helpful........Especially a Casandre (spelling?) knew the area very well gave some great suggestions for eats.

The only thing close to negative was an obnoxious guest who you could tell had not used his shower for days......He was profane and making not a lot of sense.....The GM, a Kris (?) was more than accomodating, calmed this fool dwon and walked him outside difussing the situation.

The Rooms are very CLEAN, the Jacuzzi Suites a great addition to what was a very trying series of meetings we attended.....
