I always try and stay at the smaller hotels to give the little guys a chance. In Seaside for example, there is not much do to and many smaller hotels. The proprieter is an affable fellow, but he seems to misunderstand the concept of quiet. I requested a quiet room. He gave me an upstairs room off the main path, yeah. However, it is 11:00 PM. The people next door have a barking dog. Two rooms across the hall were just occupied, so I am listening to people lumber up the stairs with luggage from the parking lot below. Complaining does nothing because "that is the nature" of the hotel business. So beware if you think you might want to go to bed early while on a business trip.

nice place . .. what can i say . im not hard to please . if yer rich folks , dont pull in . i like the place i would stay there again .. what else can i say ? the matress was comfy . its a good place .. grab a twelve pace and a pizza and settle down for the nite .

i live in seaside the reason why they are so cheap is because no stays there because our city calls it the CRACK motel. either your there selling it buyibg it or smoking it.... just a heads up ya its cheaap but be careful where you breath and where u park your car

Looks like it was updated since last time I stayed here. Bed was VERY COMFY, new carpet plus a micro/fridge made my stay very pleasant. In spite of high traffic on Fremont St., room was very quiet and a got 5 good nights of sleep during the 5 nights I stayed there. For the price, you could not ask for more!
