When we arrived at the hotel,it was OK from outside but when we greeted by Hotel desk clerk ,we were so happy n it felt like we came home..such warm welcoming.We were new in the area but she guided us very well with near by restaurant n scenic.We loved this location.We loved the room,it was very clean n nice,plus all the amenities were there.I like this hotel friendly customer service.I got all the services that I expected by paying for my room.I read other people's comment but I don't agree with them..I have seen one of the hotel guest in front of me making all the wrong allegation to the hotel clerk,which has no merit what so ever.Obviously she wanted to stay for free n get her money back by threatening to complaint to the franchise if things doesn't goes her way..The clerk was trying her all the very best to please her but that lady was outrageously wrong.Just saying!over all me n my family stayed for 9 days n we had lots of fun staying this hotel.I will definitely come back to this hotel, n I would tell my friends to com here n stay here too!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. That is the only positive remark. The place is rundown. Dirt everywhere. Elevator was out of order. The owner was not very friendly, just like the man at checkout. This place is by no means a recommendation for the Travelodge Chain. Look for something else when you are in Santa Rosa.

We were making a quick one night stop and pulled off here. The front desk gal was very helpful. It was quiet, no gang members or homeless people in the parking lot. The parking lot was filled with newer nice cars. It was a gross nasty room, curtains were cut off jagged and uneven and the top of the toilet tank was from another toilet and did not fit. There was nothing at all nice about the room. I would never stay here again.

The building is currently being repaired. Many rooms closed with black plastic over windows. Our room had drapes that were cut with scissors to fit window, carpets that were filthy and a bathroom that was not shower-worthy! Building is 3 stories with no elevator and stairs were outside and uncovered. Continental breakfast was unmentionable with no seating area. Room rates as if you were staying at a better chain hotel. We checked in late and were too tired to try to find better accommodations. Left early.....
