You can't take a Days Inn and hang a Marriott sign on it and expect it to be a Marriott. This old Days Inn building is trying, and failing, to be a Courtyard.
It's got a good location and nice staff, but very small rooms, old furniture, very poor wifi service, and a poor breakfast room that they also try to serve dinner in.
The room and bathroom are so small two cats can't dance in them. The AC/heater is loud. The window does not block the freeway noise. There is nothing comfortable about the room.
The only thing that reminds me of a Courtyard is the standard picture on the wall.
The people wanted to make our stay more comfortable, but had little to work with. We checked out after one night and went to a different hotel. Marriott Fairfield Inns are nicer than this Courtyard, and less expensive, and they give you a free breakfast.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback after your stay with us this week. I'm very pleased to hear that you did like our location close to wineries and Railroad Square, and that our staff exceeded your expectations. I know that Max enjoyed his chats with you during your time with us. While the property was originally built as a Days Inn, it underwent a complete renovation in 1999, 2007, and an additional lobby and public area renovation in 2011. At that time we opened our new Courtyard Bistro which serves not only breakfast, but also dinner and bar service. Our wifi bandwidth is scheduled to be upgraded at the end of this month, and our rooms will also be renovated to compliment our beautiful new lobby in 2013. I do hope that you enjoyed the remainder of your time in beautiful Sonoma wine country, and we hope to see you again in the future.
