Great location, close to a number of great restaurants. Hotel itself was a bit dated, but kept clean with new furniture in the rooms.

I've stayed at Courtyard Santa Rosa a few times while on business in Santa Rosa. It's an older hotel and while the lobby has been remodeled in August of 2010, rooms remained the same.

While guest rooms are clean, they are small and outdated. Tiny bathroom with toilet inside but sink outside the bathroom (I wonder who thought that was a good idea?), loud AC/heater unit, one small mirror in the room and in the most uncomfortable location (over sink). While there isn't much noise coming from the outside, I got barely any sleep due to extremely loud heater and I'm not a light sleeper.

WiFi signal is weak and depends on which room you stay at. Some rooms I've stayed at had better signal and some worse.

Breakfast was not good... if you have a choice, go elsewhere. It's a very basic hotel with a new IKEA style lobby that now looks out of place, considering the rest of the hotel is old. I hope they'll start upgrading rooms soon... it's time.

If you get a good deal and need a clean hotel to spend a night at, then this would work. Otherwise, I'd look around and stay elsewhere.

If you plan on walking downtown this hotel was so close! We walked everywhere. I do feel the price was high for the quality but they were clean rooms. No complimentary breakfast but there is a Starbucks Bistro within the hotel. I would probably stay here again for location but I may try to find a better deal.

It seems to be an older hotel.

It's a good location because we split our time between wineries in St Helena, the Dry Creek & Russian River Valleys.
