My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for our first trip without our 1 year old. Let me start with the things we liked about the hotel: great location (located right next to the freeway, shopping and restaurants right across the street and more shopping and restaurants just a few miles away); the staff was very friendly (as most people have said, Ramon, the concierge was a great help); the gym and sauna were excellent; great restaurant attached to the hotel; the whirlpool tub in our room was awesome. The only real complaint we had was the bed was way too hard. My husband and I both woke up in pain each morning (we're in our early 30s). I wouldn't stay here again just for that reason.
I believe this hotel has a lot of business meetings/events, so if you're looking for a quiet hotel, this probably isn't the place. The Friday we stayed there, there was a large conference taking place, and that night they had a big Valentine's event in the ballroom. We could hear the noise from our room at night, but it wasn't so loud that we were bothered by it.
Overall we had a great experience, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind sleeping on a very firm bed.
