Nice Comfortable Hotel with well presentable rooms. Nice bathroom if a little on the small side.

Have stayed at Huntley on business. It is a good location and a comfortable hotel with a 'no fuss' service. Good views don't come cheap.

I stayed at the huntly on 1/2/2012 . I stayed at the Huntly 10 years ago any it was a very nice place then, but they have done a remodel in the last 5 or 6 years and it has totaly lost its charm. the hallways are very very dark dim lighting and dark brown carpet and very dark walls your one block away from the beach but you feel like your staying in a bear cave or that you could be bitten by a vampire in the hallway it is dark and gothic just plain creepy. I must say the staff was very nice and the bed and shower was good, but at $ 400 +a night its just not worth it

At the end of the day we loved heading upstairs to the beautiful bar/restaurant. The view was 360 degrees view of the beach, pier and city. Santa Monica is a lovely place to relax for a few days. We stumbled upon the produce markets where we bought punnets of mixed berries and home made croissants...yum! Loved this hotel...would go back and stay longer.
