We stayed two nights here and had a great time. Room is nothing special but not bad really. Its really close to the boardwalk maybe a 5 min walk. Owners where very nice and friendly. Will stay there again.

Good quiet location - 5 mins walk to board walk & 10 min to downtown. Room was clean, no frills.
Had TV and fridge. Bed was comfortable and we slept well on the one night we stayed there. Service was OK.

We've stayed here a number of times over the years. The rooms aren't fancy but they're clean, and they have a TV and mini-refrigerator. And the beds are comfortable, which is very important to me. It's just a couple of blocks from the beach and the Boardwalk. There's usually adequate parking, and the management is very pleasant. They've been upgrading things incrementally. Someone mentioned a $200 room rate--we've paid between $60 and $80 on our visits, although maybe rates are higher around summer holidays. Check for discounts, e.g., AARP or AAA. You're unlikely to get a better deal in such a great location.

Great location - 5 mins walk to the Boardwalk, 10 min to the Downtown. Room was clean, bathroom freshly renovated with big shower. We stayed in weekdays so the price was very good.
Truly recommend to those who don't expect a 5* hotel standard :)
