As an avid traveler I have the opportunity to see and experience lots of different guest services and the usual lack there of. I was pleasantly surprised to experience wonderful guest service at this Hampton Inn. From the initial phone call to the property to check in to the late night return and bottle waters given to the attentive and caring buffet attendant in the morning my stay was great. I can not express enough the caring and happy service I received throughout my stay. I will be returning again and again and look forward to more great service.

We were planning on only one night in Santa Clarita for a family event, but the hotel and the service was so good that we decided that we'd rather deal with the traffic on the 5 instead of leaving and staying somewhere else.

The rooms were clean (we stayed in 2), quiet and nice. Fridge and microwave in the rooms was a plus. Beds/pillows were good, shower was good, pool was clean, breakfast was good, service was excellent. My kids loved the cookies and suckers each day even commented on how nice the front desk ladies were--I couldn't agree more. They went out of their way to be nice to us.

Only disappointment was the TV--horrible menu/search function.

The only thing for improvement would be some kind of nonslip matt in the tub, I slipped on the rounded floor of the tub, could have been a serious fall, but lucky for me it was not.

Stayed here originally for two nights to do some sight seeing in LA,my wife and i enjoyed the stay that much we stayed an extra night!
The room was spacious and well furnished,it was clean and well looked after,we had a problem with the WC (blocked) when we arrived but no problem as it was attended to immediately,nothing was too much of a problem to the desk staff and they were always friendly and polite.
We really found the free wi-fi useful too and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations.I highly recommend this hotel.
