Room 130 was clean and rather quiet location.(not facing highway)
Good complimentary breakfast although attention by breakfast staff needs improvement (never asked if I wanted more coffee, for example). Also housekeeping did not replenish my room coffee - which was a bummer. My biggest complaint pertains to the door construction - gaping hole along lower edge of door (about size of quarter and door needs new bottom gasket - way too much cold air entered room as my room was in the open (exterior) courtyard (rolled up a towel and placed along bottom of door to help. Also, since room was cold, I needed to turn on the heat and the heat pump is way too loud. Despite these shortcomings, stay was ok.

The Biltmore has friendly and attentive service that is consistent and reliable. The front desk has some billing errors that could use some improvement, but never a hassle getting them handled promptly. Clean rooms, convenient location, and great rates are the reason I keep coming back. The staff knows how to cater to business travelers. Travelling to the area? I recommend the Biltmore 9 times out of 10.

So I stayed here on business, the lobby looks nice, but if your room is in the courtyard area and on the 2nd floor there is no elevator, the room was very small, and the carpet looked like it could use a cleaning. There was a bottle of wine waiting for me in the room and wifi is free so that's good. I didn't do room service because my buddies were with me so we ate in the hotels restaurant hops the food is good and service is good too. Overall the stay wasn't that bad but if I had a choice I would stay some where else next time.

The Biltmore name held great promise but at the end of the day this hotel is mediocre at best. The rooms are dated and could use a remodel. The free shuttle service - available first come first serve only. At check-in, I inquired about a ride to the airport home and was told I needed a reservation which I made right then but even > 24 hours in advance, the time I wanted was taken and they would only drive me earlier then I wanted. The exercise room was OK, but the whirlpool/spa was out of order. In terms of location, you need a car to get anywhere worthwhile.
On the bright side, I slept OK, and Internet was included.
I was at a meeting and did not pay myself so I cannot comment on value. I'd say if you get a great price, it may be worth it, but beware the shuttle reservation system and get ready for pink painted trim, pickled oak furniture, Formica topped dressing table with big globe light bulbs...
