I have stayed in hostelries where a lousy mattress ruined my sleep so the king-sized, pillowtop, firm mattress at this Days Inn made my stay. Our clean, spacious room included a couch, desk, bureau, flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, plenty of mirrors, and even enough lamps with sufficient wattage to read by! Yes, the motel is by a freeway exit but rooms away from the street are quiet enough for sleeping. The drawbacks? A heater too noisy to sleep with and no heater in the bathroom. Also, the new(ish) black & silver furniture has a '70s vibe, and not in a hip retro way. But the front desk clerks are friendly and the wi-fi actually works so I give it a thumbs up and call it a bargain as well.
