Had the privilege of staying on a Saturday night at this hotel. Elegant, quiet, restful and beautiful would all describe this hotel. Set right next to Great America I am sure can make it a very busy place when the amusement park is open but in the winter it was quiet, close to many things and easy freeway access. The service was immediate, impeccable and quick to resolve any issues. We arrived early in the morning before noon and had no problems with early check in. Rooms were beautiful, well appointed and lacked for nothing. Will definitely choose this one again if in that area!

Having enjoyed my first stay here so much, I decided to stay here again on my most recent trip to the area. I took advantage of the breakfast bar in the lobby again - good job with the Starbuck's Espresso and food choices. The gym is in very good condition, although one of the TVs was out of order. The pool looked inviting, but the air was too cold for a swim. My room was in perfect condition. I really do appreciate the seating area in the room with a king bed.

A nice touch - even though hotel desk staff never seem to know the local area, they have pre-printed cards with directions to various types of destinations, not just restaurants but malls, pharmacies, etc. That's very useful for someone visiting from out of town.

Don't ask for drinks to be delivered to your room via the web site prior to arrival. They've missed that both times. They did bring up the extra pillow I ordered ahead of time though.

I booked a room for two nights via Priceline for $60 per night. This isn't a super luxury hotel like I would've expected from a Hilton, but it's nice, and seems to be up to date. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't small either. The bed was nice and comfortable.

The room had a large flat-screen TV, alarm clock/radio, hair dryer, refrigerator and single-cup coffee maker.

I forgot to request a high room at the back and ended up on the second floor with a view of the roof over the lobby, but the room was still very quiet.

There is a bar and restaurant off the lobby and a Starbuck's stall in the lobby. The hotel is just a couple of minutes from US-101, and there's some sort of trolley line that runs along the road next to the hotel, which I didn't get to investigate.

I think the value was great because of the deal I got on Priceline...I don't think I could've walked into a run-down roadside motel and gotten a room for $60 a night. Without the discount, I would've been willing to pay up to $120 or more per night to know I was staying in a nice clean hotel like this.

After reading the reviews I was somewhat hesitant to try this hotel, but the location was good for business. I was pleasantly surprised! Very pleasant check-in experience and a very nice room looking out towards the Bay. Had no problem with noise, TV, air controls, amenities or whatever. The room itself was surprisingly large and spacious, with a nice comfortable chair by the window to sit and read. The room was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and everything worked! That is what I ask as a business traveler. There was a small "bar"/shop in the lobby that served Starbucks coffee and lattes - which was great. Easy access and parking - very convenient. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. I'd stay here again.
