Stayed for one night. Check-in was quick, the person at the front desk remembered making my reservation over the phone. Upon entering the room, noticed a very faint cigarette smell that went away (it is a non-smoking room). It is known that hotels use ozone to help clear out cigarette and other odors. One study has shown that airborne nicotine combined with ozone form ultraparticulates that lodge deep within the lungs and cause inflammation. I decided not to switch rooms at first. I tried to sleep later that night, but an AC unit of a neighboring unit was extremely loud. A call to the front desk at 1am with this complaint, they apologized and offered to move me to a different room. I was very grateful for that. The new room was quiet and did not have that strange odor.
Overall I rate this 4/5 because:
1. walls are thin, the floors are thin; can hear people walking outside, talking outside, and walking around upstairs
2. cigarette smell and loud AC unit made my stay unpleasant; not entirely their fault, should have just called them up earlier
3. wireless internet was slow to non-functional
4. parking was great, plenty of space in the open
5. pillows: i hated their tiny square pillows that were too hard and too high for my head, had to make my own pillow out of clothes
6. towels and supplies plenty available
7. they cleaned the desk/table surfaces with some oily substance; placed my laptop and it proceeded to slide around on its rubber feet and i had to wipe it off.
