Reasonably large hotel, 3 x levels surrounding very nice central garden and pool. Reception and room satff very "efficient/rofessional" and would assist with any problems (i.e. reading lamp in room needed a new globe). Nice big room, good shower, balcony on our 3rd floor room. Exterior room overlooking carbays, but still nice as had a cold white wine while viewing the sunset and late arrivals at the hotel - very pleasent.
Very good/exellent breakfast (complimentary) & very helpful breakfast staff.
Close to "turnpike" shopping centre including Vons supermarket and diner (would recommend Vons as well - staff and manager there are excellent). Easy access to Highway. Approx 10/15 mins drive to downtown SB. Can't fault this one- cost was approx $115-$120 including all taxes/fees

Looking forward to going again and spending more time.

Front desk staff was the best ever. I believe their names were David and Penny. They have been there a long time and knew everything I needed to know while there

Nothing much is left to say. I'm a regular guest at this hotel and I've loved every single minute of it. We actually stayed here for new years day and a week later for a couple of nights. For the first stay we were given a large room wich I did not like much,for the second stay we've got the usual small and cozy room that I really adore. Front desk staff very polite as usual except for one older gentleman that did not belived the fact that I could login on the internet while in the lobby or corridors but not in my room,his reply about this was " that doesn't make any sense"...but that was the actual fact. It took my Iphone 24 hours to sync with the in room wifi,so no big deal. Will go back.
