3000 SPG points, courteous and detailed service, and cheap in-room dining! Garlic fries were delicious and the breakfast the next day was also a good value. Bed was nice. Bathrooms were a little small but that was okay. Only thing I'd ding them for was their pool. They said it was heated to 85 so we were looking forward to taking a swim, but when we went, the pool was definitely NOT that temp . Led to an over crowded hot tub and us returning to our room.

Stayed here while visiting the area last month. I don't have any complaints to offer about this property which is rare lol. I would have absolutely no problem staying here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating and there were no issues with the room, parking or housekeeping. I had some excellent dinners in the restaurant and enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning as well which was very good with plenty of selection. The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. If you wish to pick up a few things there is a pretty big mall nearby as well as a small strip mall within walking distance to the hotel. It was an easy drive into San Francisco and if I remember correctly, the drive probably took no more than 20 minutes in light traffic.

I got a good price through Hotwire ($84 per night), and found the hotel to be quite lovely for the five days I was visiting my family in San Rafael. Parking is free, and breakfast, if you get the buffet, is $12 including your coffee or tea, so it's a good deal if you eat a big breakfast. I found the hotel staff pleasant and accommodating, but did find the restaurant service a bit sketchy. One morning I actually left the restaurant after I tired of waiting for my coffee, and went to the bagel place near Starbucks - great bagels there.

I asked for a quiet room, and was given one away from the highway - very quiet, with a nice view. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom, while small, had plenty of counter space for all my "stuff." Great flat screen tv, a small refrigerator to put the free bottled water in, and lots of drawer space. What more could you want?

This was a quick overnight trip to Point Reyes coast for my wife and I. The hotel was very easy to find, right off Hwy 101. We checked into the Four Points about 4pm and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. After parking in the "huge", free parking lot we headed to the elevator and noticed the carpet layers installing new carpet. This is a good sign! Sure enough, new carpet and paint throughout the hallways and rooms. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very small. Free water and big screen TV. My only minor complaint was the noise from the freeway, but that's not the hotels fault. Next morning we were off to explore the Point Reyes area. If you go, don't miss the Lighthouse!
