out of the way, only one nearby resturant,dealt with ants,bedbugs, and noisey neighbors,rude desk staff (except for one) when complained manager was loud ,rude and asked me to leave because I complained

This felt like a studio apartment. While the rooms are large, the furniture is old. It needs to be updated. It was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.

We had an early flight out of SFO and chose this hotel for it's price and location. There is nothing pleasant about the surroundings and nothing nearby (i.e. restaurants). We walked into the office area and were greeted with a dull "id, credit card." Not a welcome or even a full sentence. And the woman ended up keeping our credit card which we discovered when we went out to eat. The tv was an old model and the furniture was very run down. Internet worked fine. There were teenagers running up and down the hall until midnight but it did finally stop.

We were traveling, planning to go into San Francisco the next morning, so this was a convenient staging area for our plans.

Continental Breakfast was a disaster due to tour bus groups, but improved after they were out of there. Staff worked hard to keep the dining area up, and were very pleasant throughout.
