BEWARE: This hotel over-books! A reservation here does not mean that you have a room!

I made a reservation and received a confirmation number two weeks in advance. The day before my planned arrival, I received a phone call that the hotel was over-booked, and my reservation had been moved to their hotel in San Carlos. "Don't worry", she said, "I have to bump a lot of people today." When I arrived in San Carlos, they were also over-booked, so after an hour of searching for vacancies, they moved me to Mountain View. They gave me a smaller bed at a higher rate than what the confirmation had promised, and they added an hour of drive time to my trip. Never again!

“Came for the rates, stayed for the service.”

I've gotten used to the indifferent way most hotels treat their guests nowadays, but this one was suprisingly different. The hotel looks amazing inside and out since the renovations. I love the little extra touch of the water filters in every room. The staff, though obviously a little new, were very polite and friendly. Especially the Manager, Sandra, who was extremely personable and made me feel like a person not just another guest. Definantely going to use them again.
