Upon arrival the staff was fantastic and very accommodating. The man at the front desk bent over backwards to get us set up to our satisfaction. When we got into the room however, we found that the towel rack had been previously broken lazily glued back to the wall. It fell off as soon as we went for a towel, and half of them fell into the toilet. We told the front desk and they assured us that it would be dealt with by the time we got back from dinner. It wasn't dealt with. And in the morning we found that the room fridge had frozen all our food solid, ruining our produce. We told the staff and they didn't bat an eye. At the very least they could have apologized for inconveniencing us. I hate to be picky, but nothing frustrates me more than being ignored when I'm paying for a service.
