The service in this hotel was incredible! From the woman at the front desk to the people telling you to have a nice day when you get off the elevator, everyone who works at this hotel is smiling and friendly. I've never felt more welcomed at any hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'm a Hilton Diamond Member. My highest recommendations!

Context: I visited a few friends who live in the area.

Location: The hotel is in the center of where many Asian live. If you are into Asian stuff, the location is good, because there are a lot of shopping areas and restaurants within walking distance and you do not really need a car to get there. Otherwise, you will find you would need transportation to go somewhere else.

Room Facilities: The room is average and not very spacious. For a solo traveler, I have nothing to complain and had a good sleep, which is all I need. Bathroom is just average and not super clean. However, given the price, I think the hotel is a bit expensive and the facilities can be improved further.

Internet Access: the wired connection is great. However, the wireless connection inside the room is below average at least in my room and I was not able to make a skype phone call.

Notice: THERE IS NO complimentary breakfast. And the breakfast is rather expensive ($15 + Tax and Tip). Make sure you check with front desk to make sure you have free breakfast before you step in. Usually, if your room comes with free breakfast, you will be given a voucher. The breakfast selection is very limited. If you do not have free breakfast, simply go across the street from the hotel and you will be able to greeted by numerous nice restaurants.

Personally, I would still recommend this hotel to my friends only if they like Asian food and shopping. Otherwise, I think this place is rather pricey and you definitely can find somewhere else better to stay.

I stayed in this Hilton a few times, perhaps the latest was about a year ago. I always found this hotel satisfactory until my stay earlier this month. Upon entering the room this time, a strong cigarette odor rush through my nose. I thought of asking for a different room but decided not to since I was tired and needed to get some work done - this is a mistake as I woke up the next day with a big headache.

The room can us some new furniture as chair and ottoman are very dirty with stains all over - unfit for sitting in. The free internet is extremely slow (but free).

Overall, the stay was much worst then I had expected from this hotel, especially I paid $175 + for the one night stay.

We love this hotel! The hotel is reasonably priced and in a great location, close to the venue for our daughter's wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff is so accommodating and are genuinely nice people. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are luxurious. Everything was immaculate. When we called for room service or housekeeping, someone was at our door within minutes. The restaurants and shops nearby are wonderful. The pool is lovely. Parking is convenient and easy. Everyone there made our time memorable. The lobby is elegant and a great place to wait or meet up with other guests. It exceeded our expectations in every way.
