Can you believe there was no bar soap in the hotel and they offered no apology! The front d.esk clerk told me they are an an extended stay hotel and do not provide everything! NO hair dryer! We only have a few for the 120 rooms we have and currently the few are checked out! Asked for a credit. No, why should we credit you. Have I said enough? How about the stained chair in the room?

Me and a friend decided to take a quick shopping trip to Sscramento and checking around the rates were much higher than they had been in previous years. But suprizingly the Extended StayAmerica was a great deal! It had a tiny kitchen but since we didnt need it, that was ok. The room itself was very generic but i felt safe and everything was in working order. There was always someone at the front desk and i never heard a peep from any other hotel guests. Navigation directions to and from the airport took us through some not so desirable neighborhoods so that was a little weird, since its right off of a main highway. but all in all it served its purpose. I would stay here again
I made a reservation online..when I showed up I was ask for a $100 dollar deposit for a hotel that wasn't even upscale or serve breakfast! What was worse was that I stayed there before and they never require any deposit fee. Plus when you stay there more then one night they [--] charge you extra just to have the room clean! This hotel is sooo rediculous! There are hundreds of hotel better in sac don't waste your time on this one believe me. The older model room stinks so bad and the bed is soo uncomfortable!

Spent a Wednesday night here in mid-June and booked through priceline. Bid amount was $30 ($41 and change after taxes).
Admittedly I wasn't there for an extended stay, so I didn't need the kitchenette, but I was disappointed with several aspects of the room and service. No wake up call was offered. I was told to rely on the alarm clock. The bed (a queen) was very uncomfortable and the two available pillows were disappointing. The television lineup was limited and no schedule provided or channel lineup posted in the room. The sole toiletry was a small bar of soap.

We stayed here for 2 weeks after our house fire. Great options for kids & full kitchen & table for family dinner time. We had a townhome-like room that was perfect. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Good pool area for kids. Close to Arden mall for teenager distractions. MANY restaurants nearby.
