I attended a conference and did other business. The location can't be beat. It's just a block from the convention center. The room was more than adequate and the staff was pleasant. Parking was a little tight, but there is plenty of it. (Not recommended if you have a BIG car, truck or SUV.)

This place is a great deal if you are going to a conference good because the rates are low and the parking is free. There are also lots of good restaurants within walking distance or a shrot drive. It's also a great location for doing business with state offices in the downtown area.

We checked in here, price ok not mega cheap. Room was good, swam in the pool. Had dinner at a great miro brewery around the corner. Breakfast was good too.

I stayed here to attend a wedding in Hyatt Hotel.
This hotel was pretty decent, Clean enoguh, In downtown with plenty of parking and Breakfast was decent. However the menu was same all 3 days i stayed here (make your waffle, Scrambled and Boiled Egg, Bread, Muffin , English Muffin, Juice,Coffee, and Cereal). Staff service was also pretty good. Closer to Amtrak and not far from Airport.

In one of review mentioned that they heard loud noise. However I did not hear any noise from the nearby area. May be i was on other side of the nightclub facing room.

The Quality Inn is probably the most convenient budget hotel to the convention center. It's about a block away. But there is a night club on 15th that goes until 2:00 am and is very loud when everyone gets out at 2:00. It's also close to a fire station and I heard several police cars going by.

Besides that, I found the room to be clean and functional. The continental breakfast was good, and the person at the front desk (Frances) was friendly and helpful. Except for the noise, if I were to be going to another convention in Sacramento I would probably stay there again.
