I have never ever stayed at a better hotel in my life. The General Manager was courteous and kind and very responsive to my questions. She was an excellent communicator and sets a very good example of what managers throughtout Best Western should be like.

We booked three rooms at this hotel because of the proximity to a wedding we were attending. When we got to the rooms, one room had ants. The front desk let us switch to a different room. When I called to inform them as to where I found the ants, the front desk clerk asked if I wanted Ant Spray! I told her if that I needed ant spray in my room, I would find a different hotel!

I am definitely adding Best Western to the list of hotel chains I won't be staying at ever gain.

Stayed one night in this hotel. Rooms are great, you have free wifi, hot breakfast, and parking is large. Staff at the front desk was "ok" (have experienced better).
Although location may not be perfect, given the low price and the good general quality of the hotel it is a good choice in the area.

Very clean rooms and nice to have a microwave and mini frig. Would've been nice to have an extra blanket stored in the closet.
Bathroom towels were generic and adequate, nothing special. Bath towel was almost too small.
TVs were fine as was the lighting. Parking was a breeze. Hallway noise was rather loud when people were around, but otherwise the property was quiet. Not much to do in the area, but about a mile north on Stockton Blvd.are some very good SE Asian restaurants, etc.
Only complaint was that there were ants all over a spoon I left on a table the next morning.
