This place was just icky with a myriad of problems. We stayed there with about four people per room renting out five rooms. The urine smelling stairwell to the floors was only illuminated by the glow of the exit light which served as a symbolic warning for: Get out of here. The rooms were about what you'd expect for a budget motel such as stained sheets, questionable comforters, non-smoking rooms that reek of stale cigarette smoke, non working television..... sounds normal right? But when staying in a room with for people to share one lone hand towel c'mon at least let the guests be clean. Getting the towels was a whole other issue it's was as if they did not have enough to accommodate all the guests in the motel. I called down to the front desk at 8 AM the morning after our arrival. I was told that I would have to wait 1 hour for housekeeping to arrive to deliver the towels. I proposed to the man at the front desk that if I were to come down to the front and get the towels myself would that help. He told me to wait 15 minutes. I went down there and was offered 4 hand towels in lieu of bath towels for our showers. So we just waited the 1 hour for the towels. Later housekeeping cleaned our rooms and guess what... left us with NO towels again! And Repeat the process. We opted to hunt-down some of the cleaning staff ourselves throughout the day. But really this is something a guest should not have to worry about.

Another issue: SAFTEY!? SECURITY!? A friend of mine , staying in another room, was welcomed to a stranger riffling through her things after returning from a quick jaunt across the street to get some coffee. The strange woman ran out of the room falsely claiming she had been in the wrong room.

More highlights of the stay: Human feces on the outdoor steps..... Crazed man yelling about some money....cops arriving.... Free WiFi = NO WiFi

Only Surprise. The foamy beds were not that terrible to sleep on.

Stayed with friends in room 202 which was set up with 3 double beds . Very large room, clean and a good value for the cost. Would recommend.

This hotel is first rate in customer service, especially Melissa Vargas. Melissa went over and above her duty to provide superb customer service.

Worst place I ever stayed. They overcharged me and I'm still trying to contact a manager to have them contact my bank to remove charges. Their corporate guest relations is an answering machine and corporate website has been down all day which is where you have to leave a complaint in writing. Besides over charging me only one of four lamps had working bulbs, we realized as i was leaving for an appointment the door lock was broken, etc, etc, etc. It's a total dump purely due to bad management and why it's not been knocked down yet is beyond me. Spend a few more bucks and stay at the Holiday Inn. This place is a crack house.
