Perfect for our business needs but this hotel is not at the airport. Plan on about a 5-10 minute cab ride. We use this propery often and it works great. Friendly staff and service, and adequte breakfast. Room was a bit interesting- bit of a lumpy bed...shower door was strange- no handle on the inside so you need to reach the top of the door! Short floks may have a very wet bathroom. Toilet didn't flush very well.

Overall, this property serves it's purpose for us and we will be back for many more stays.

This hotel is about the same distance as a few other hotels that recently popped up on the opposite side of I-5. Close to the airport. All of them are your standard cookie-cutter, not frills properties, but still (usually) offer a good night sleep.

My experience at Four Points was not great. The wall heating unit (not central heat and air btw) began making a loud noise similar to that of a helecopter taking off from a heliport. This occured for about ten minutes every hour overnight. At one point I complained and staff did offer to move me (though once you are settled into a room, it seemed cumborsome to move). I stayed. Then the sink was backed up and did not drain properly. Left housekeeping with a sinkful!

The rooms are quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TV and coffee maker worked well. I did not visit the fitness center (too tired from the lack of sleep), but it seemed great from the pictures. Complimentary coffee to-go was a nice touch in the lobby (or, I think it was complimentary...) =)

Considering this is a relatively new property, I was suprised by the room issues. Staff were reactive to my needs however. Overall then, I felt this was an average stay. Most certainly would consider other properties in the nearby area, which were pricing about $10 less when I booked this hotel.

Stayed here November 30, 2011 and was a walk-in customer. I had a reservation at my favorite, Super 8, but at 10.00 p.m. and after driving around for forty five minutes not finding my favorite, (which is there only negative) I pulled into the Sheraton. Everything was clean and neat. Wasn't to crazy about the TV channels, 4 HBO, one weather, two sports and only two of the "regular" (NBC, CBS, ABC). The bed was comfortable. I also needed the heat on which made the room nice and cozy. Couldn't get the room clock to work, but had my cell alarm and a wake up call, and the outlet closest to the sink did not work. Mentioned both things when I checked out. Enjoyed my morning coffee and went on my way.

After already driving through freezing rain, snow and high winds our flight was delayed due to fog in Sacramento. It was pretty thick and I made one wrong turn on the way to the hotel with my rental car. I'd planned on checking out a restaraunt nearby for dinner but was far too exhausted so in spite of the poor reviews I hit the on site bar/restaraunt after checking in.
Check in went well, very nice desk people, very helpful and sympathetic to my exhaustion. They made it all very easy for me. The room was as expected at this chain. Clean, comfortable bed, easy hook up to internet. I was pleasantly surprised at the bar/restaraunt, quick friendly service, decent food at a reasonable price. Breakfast was the same; though it was a buffet there was a waitress hovering near by if I needed anything and checking to make sure I was happy.
Check out was a breeze, with helpfull advice on how to get to where I needed to go.
The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, making my trip a pleasant experienc.
